The Mitchell Tax Group was founded by Pecolia M. Mitchell, EA. We have over twenty years of cumulative experience in management, tax resolution, administration, customer service and collections support. We are competent in IRS tax forms, rules and regulations, including researching, analyzing, interpreting, contract negotiation, case management and resolution of complex tax issues for corporate, businesses/individuals.
We provide professional tax services, including Tax Planning, Tax Preparation, Tax Audits, and Audit Reconsiderations. In addition to our tax services, we also provide IRS Tax Relief services for our clients. Including: offer in compromise, installment agreements, levy and lien releases, current non-collectible status, innocent/injured spouse relief, and abatement of penalties. The Mitchell Tax Group also provides general business consulting services for our clients. (bookkeeping, business formation, notary services)
